Brand Manager

The Brand Manager will be responsible for strengthening and evolving Lilamani Group’s brand across its residential and commercial portfolio. The role will focus on brand positioning, communication, storytelling, visual identity, project branding, and customer-facing experiences, ensuring that every touchpoint consistently reflects the company’s values, quality, and long-term brand vision.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Design, Business, or a related field
  • 4–7 years of relevant experience in brand management, marketing, communications, or a related function
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, consumer perception, and communication
  • Experience in developing and managing brand campaigns and communication across multiple channels
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Good understanding of visual identity, content, design, and storytelling
  • Ability to manage agencies, creative partners, production teams, and vendors
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across brand touchpoints Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in real estate, luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, architecture, design, or premium consumer brands
  • Experience in project branding, brand launches, or repositioning exercises
  • Exposure to content production, social media, PR, events, partnerships, and experiential marketing
  • Familiarity with customer research, competitor analysis, and brand performance measurement
  • Experience working with creative, design, digital, and media agencies

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the overall brand strategy and positioning of Lilamani Group
  • Ensure consistency in brand identity, tone of voice, messaging, and visual communication across all channels
  • Develop and refine positioning, narratives, and communication for individual real estate projects
  • Plan and oversee brand campaigns, storytelling initiatives, and long-term brand-building activities
  • Manage brand communication across websites, social media, brochures, presentations, signage, advertising, and other customer touchpoints
  • Work closely with creative agencies, designers, photographers, filmmakers, and content partners to develop high-quality brand assets
  • Review and approve brand communication to ensure alignment with established brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, CRM, customer experience, and project teams to maintain a consistent brand experience throughout the customer journey
  • Conduct competitor, market, and audience research to identify shifts in perception, trends, and positioning opportunities
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, communication frameworks, and key messaging
  • Support branding for new projects, launches, partnerships, events, and customer experiences
  • Monitor brand perception and performance and recommend improvements based on feedback, research, and market insights

Marketing Manager

The role will span brand building, digital marketing, content, campaigns, partnerships, project communication, and customer engagement, while ensuring that all marketing activity is aligned with the company’s positioning, business priorities, and long-term brand goals.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 4–7 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Strong understanding of brand management, digital marketing, content, and campaign execution
  • Experience managing agencies, vendors, production partners, and external collaborators
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Good understanding of marketing metrics, campaign performance, and reporting
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and familiarity with digital marketing platforms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in real estate, luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, or other premium consumer-facing sectors
  • Experience in managing residential or commercial real estate marketing
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM platforms, website analytics, and social media tools
  • Experience in content production, events, partnerships, PR, or customer engagement initiatives
  • Exposure to premium or luxury brand positioning

Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee campaigns, launches, events, partnerships, and customer engagement initiatives
  • Manage social media, website content, digital campaigns, and brand communication
  • Coordinate content creation including photography, video, brochures, presentations, and other marketing collateral
  • Work closely with sales, CRM, customer experience, and project teams to ensure consistent communication across the customer journey
  • Manage advertising, creative, digital, media, production, and other external agencies and vendors
  • Track campaign performance, marketing metrics, budgets, and return on marketing activities
  • Prepare periodic marketing reports with key insights, learnings, and recommendations
  • Conduct competitor, market, and customer research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Maintain consistency in brand identity, tone of voice, and visual communication across all touchpoints
  • Identify and test new marketing ideas, partnerships, channels, and growth opportunities
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources across initiatives
