Junior Engineer – Civil
The Junior Engineer will support the execution and supervision of construction activities across Lilamani Group’s real estate projects. The role involves site coordination, quality checks, measurement and documentation, contractor supervision, and ensuring that work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and safety requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in construction or real estate projects
- Basic understanding of civil construction methods, materials, drawings, and site execution
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
- Basic knowledge of quantity measurements, billing, and site documentation
- Working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to work on-site
- Good coordination and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with a real estate developer, contractor, or construction consultancy
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and basic project management tools

Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising day-to-day construction activities at site
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards

- Monitor progress of assigned works and report delays, issues, or deviations to senior engineers
- Check dimensions, levels, quantities, and workmanship at site
- Assist in measurement and verification of contractor and vendor work
- Maintain site records, progress reports, checklists, and other project documentation
- Support material planning, receipt, inspection, and utilisation at site
- Assist in quality inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented where required

Sales Executive
The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing prospective customers through the residential real estate sales journey, from initial enquiry and qualification to site visits, follow-ups, negotiations, and booking support. The role requires strong communication, disciplined follow-up, a customer-first approach, and the ability to represent Lilamani Group professionally across very sales interaction.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
- 1–4 years of relevant sales experience
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills
- Comfortable working with sales targets, lead pipelines, and CRM processes

The Brand Manager will be responsible for strengthening and evolving Lilamani Group’s brand across its residential and commercial portfolio. The role will focus on brand positioning, communication, storytelling, visual identity, project branding, and customer-facing experiences, ensuring that every touchpoint consistently reflects the company’s values, quality, and long-term brand vision.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Design, Business, or a related field
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in brand management, marketing, communications, or a related function
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, consumer perception, and communication

The Legal Manager will be responsible for managing legal risk, supporting regulatory compliance, and providing legal guidance across Lilamani Group’s real estate operations. The role involves working closely with senior management, sales, finance, internal teams, and external legal advisors on contracts, property documentation, due diligence, regulatory matters, and legal risk management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognised institution
- Relevant experience in real estate, property, or land-related legal matters
- Strong understanding of real estate laws, land and revenue laws, contracts, and regulatory requirements
- Working knowledge of RERA regulations, title documentation, and legal due diligence
- Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
