Accounts Executive
The Accounts Executive will support the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of Lilamani Group. The role involves maintaining accurate records, processing transactions, assisting with reconciliations and statutory compliance, and ensuring that financial documentation is organised and up to date. The position requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and coordination with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
Minimum Qualifications
- B.Com or M.Com degree
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good record-keeping and documentation skills
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in real estate accounting
- Familiarity with accounting processes related to vendors, contractors, customers, and project expenses
Responsibilities
- Record and maintain day-to-day accounting entries and transactions
- Maintain purchase, sales, payment, and receipt records
- Prepare, verify, and process invoices, bills, and vouchers
- Assist with bank and ledger reconciliations
- Maintain petty cash and expense records
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments on accounts-related matters
- Maintain organised documentation and filing of financial records
- Support the accounts team with routine accounting and administrative requirements
